Tornados Love Manufactured Homes

I always view manufactured mobile homes with a skeptical eye.  I do not immediately dismiss them as terrible places to live but I do believe that they lack a sense of security and stability.  Recently, our professor requested that we take a look at http://www.lakeflatoporchhouse.com/ and discuss the implications of designing and building this way may be.  My first thought was safety concerns and tornados.  I came across the image above and think that sums it up for me.
